AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM CANADIAN BITCOINS

With interest in bitcoins at an all time high, demand for cryptocurrency is also at an all time high -- and so, too, has been demand for new accounts at Canadian Bitcoins.

However, one of the downsides of the incredible growth that we have experienced in the past few months has been increasing delays in our ability to process new customer verifications. This has also impacted our ability to service our existing customers -- which is a problem for Canadian Bitcoins since we pride ourselves on being available to our customers on the phone, online and in person.

So, for the next few weeks, Canadian Bitcoins will be making a number of enhancements to our systems and processes to improve customer service levels and our overall customer experience.

In order to immediately improve service levels of our existing "Verified Accounts" and to process all outstanding verification requests - we will temporarily stop accepting NEW APPLICATIONS for Verified Accounts until further notice.

While it is a difficult decision to turn away business at this moment in time, the entire staff and management at Canadian Bitcoins feels that it is extremely important to properly support our existing clientiele.

In the meantime, we will continue to allow registrations for "Basic Accounts" during this period. Our basic account allow customers to use cash by mail and cash & debit in office. For more information please visit the FAQ section on our website.
